浅析魁奈重农思想对中国农业发展的启示

Study on Quesnay' Physiocracy and its Enlightenment to the Agriculture Development in China

作为18世纪法国重农学派的经济学家创始人,魁奈第一次把研究的视野由流通领域转移到生产领域,在农业生产方面提出了许多独到的见解,如他的重农思想、保障土地的所有权、必须增加农业投入、实行适度赋税制度等。这些思想在今天看来,仍不乏闪光点,对于加入WTO下我国农业政策的调整有着重要的借鉴意义。

As the founder of France physiocracy in 18th century, Francois Quesnay shifted the research field from the realm of current distribution to the realm of production for the first time and put forward many original views in the agTicuhure, such as his physiocracy, safeguarding land property rights, increasing the agriculture devotion and practicing appropriate farm tax. These thoughts still flash today and have an impertant enlightenment to the agriculture development in China after the enter of WTO.
