摘要
分别合成了含亚胺结构的新型二元醇单体(BTGTB)和二元亚胺酸中间体(BTTB),并制得新型含氟不饱和聚酯亚胺树脂。结果表明,在保持不饱和聚酯优良加工性能的同时,不饱和聚酯分子链段中引入亚胺结构,不但提高了不饱和聚酯的耐热性,机械性能、电性能、及化学腐蚀性能,而且高亚胺结构含量的不饱和聚酯亚胺树脂具有突出的耐热性能。
With the development of insulating industry, insulating materials are expected to have excellent properties. As one of important insulating materials, unsaturated polyester is expected to have high thermal stability, high mechanical property, good electric property, excellent chemical resistance, low moisture absorption ,good process capacity and environmentally friendily. Two novel unsaturated poly(ester-imide)s(BTTB-UPEI) and poly(ester-imide)s(BGTB-UPEI) which contain fluoric segment are prepared and characterized, Experimental results indicate that the cured BGTB-UPEI composites exhibited much better thermal, mechanical, electrical insulating properties and outstanding chemical resistance than the standard UP/ St resins. Moreover, the BTTB-UPEI resin containing high content of imide structure exhibits excellent thermal, mechanical, electrical properties and low water uptake.
