本文阐述了信息高速公路的基本概念、关键技术及其作用，综述了世界各国在发展高速公路方面的新动态，阐述了我国发展高速公路应采取的措施。
This article expounded the fundamental concept and the key technology of Information Super Highway as well as its function.It also introduced the newest development in the world of the Information Super Highway and elaborated the measures China should take in developing Information Super Highway.
