本文针对模糊控制器（ＦＣ）存在的稳态品质差的问题，根据（２）的模型和算法设计了一种单片机模糊控制器，理论分析和控制实验结果表明，它具有良好的动稳态品质。

This paper analyzes the problem of the fuzzy controller.A new fuzzy controller with single-chip computer is designed based on the model and the algorithm in paper(2).the thoery alysis and controlling experiment prove that its dynamics and static characteristic are better.
