高效液相色谱法测定番茄皮渣中的β-胡萝卜素

Determination of β-Carotene in Rind of Tomato by HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法确证番茄皮渣中含有丰富的"-胡萝卜素,并对其含量进行了准确的测定。测定结果表明,该方法的线性范围为0.05￣10.0#g/mL,回收率为82.3%￣96.4%,相对标准偏差为2.0%￣7.7%。

A method of high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） was used to develop that there was rich β-Carotene in Rind of Tomato and the content was determined quantiatvely. It was proved that the recoveries were 82.3%～96.4%. The relative standard deviations were 2.0%～7.7%.
