摘要
介绍了冷库的现实作用和功能特点,论述了冷库的节能方法,对我国冷库的设计与运行管理具有重要的意义。
The purpose of cold storage is introduced. At the same time, the means of the energy saving are discussed basing on the cold storage characteristic. The conclusions of this paper are of great significance on the design and management of the cold storage.
