摘要
基于齿轮故障诊断方法及大量实验数据,结合齿轮故障的判据,研究并建立了适应于齿轮故障诊断特点的齿轮故障诊断专家系统.本论文根据齿轮故障产生的机理及诊断方法,采用了框架及产生式知识表示形式,设计了齿轮故障诊断的专家知识库.通过规则集与规则集之间采用有知识搜索、规则集内部采用前向推理、规则前提和结论之间采用哈希算法的有机结合来实现推理机制,从而实现齿轮的故障诊断.利用该系统对齿轮试验数据进行分析、处理进而推理、诊断获得了满意的效果.
Based on the method of the gear fault diagnosis and a large amount of experimental data, combined the criteria of the gear fault diagnosis, and a diagnostic expert system for gear fault has been developed in this paper. According to the theory and the method for the gear fault diagnosis, the knowledge expression form of production and framework are described, and an expert knowl- edge base of gear fault diagnosis is designed. Then the inference engine is realized through the algorism of heuristic search among the rule collection, forward chaining in the interior rule collection and Hash algorithm between the precondition and the conclusion of the rule, which implements gear fault diagnosis. The satisfactory effect is obtained after the gear experimental data is analyzed and processed.
