摘要
介绍了臭氧及其应用领域、几种主要的臭氧产生方法,介质阻挡放电产生臭氧的方法以及国内外介质阻挡放电臭氧发生技术的现状和发展趋势.
In this paper we mainly introduces the ozone and it＇s Application domain, and a few kinds methods of generating ozone, The method generating ozone by Didectric Barrier Discharge（DBD） and the present stituation and the development tendency of ozone generation technology by DBD in foreign countries are introduced in this paper.
