摘要
实验表明,在25℃下静置后自动分层的混合油体系中,95%以上的大豆毛油被富集在富油相中,而富含乙醇相中的浸出物含量通常只有5%左右。在此基础上提出了在混合溶剂浸出技术中采用部分非蒸发溶剂循环工艺的设想方案,并进行了初步的实验验证。实验结果表明,循环使用中的混合溶剂,其取油能力基本没有大的下降,可以在豆片的浸出过程中反复循环使用;残油率指标虽有所上升,但随着循环次数的增多,呈渐趋平衡的趋势,并保持在一个可以接受的水平上,因而有关部分非蒸发溶剂循环工艺的设想方案是可行的,值得进行进一步的扩大中试考察验证,以便确定其在工业化规模生产中运用的实际可行性。
During the mixed solvent extraction process of soybean flakes by the nonazeotrope mixture(hexane: 91. l% wt,ethanol = 7: 3-5: 5),after lay up standstill for a few hours,the miscella could separate to oil rich phase and ethanol rich phase spontaneously. More than 95% of oil have been concentrated in oil rich phase and the miscella content of ethanol rich phase is not more than 5%. So it is suggested that ethanol rich phase coule be recycling directly without distillation. The result of a small scale expoerament supports such idea.
