三峡巫山段库底卫生清理消毒效果评价

Disinfection effect of Hygienic Cleaning on Wushan Section Reservoir Bed of the Three Gorges

目的为修订三峡水库库区库底卫生清理规范提供依据。方法按规范要求的方法对三峡库区重庆市巫山段库底一般污染源、传染性污染源进行消毒处理,结合现场流行病学调查对消毒效果进行比较。结果经过30个月的实验室检测,卫生清理地区粪大肠菌值、蛔虫卵死亡率均符合卫生学标准要求;现场调查至今未发生肠道传染病疫情。结论认真执行卫生清理规范,将有效控制介水疾病的发生。可借鉴二期卫生清理的经验,修订完善规范,指导三期与四期的卫生清理工作。

Objective To provide evidences for revising guideline for hygienic cleaning of the Three Gorges Reservoir. Methods According to the requirements of standard, general pollutants and infectious contamination were disinfected in Wushan Section Reservoir bed of the Three Gorges, and the disinfection effects were evaluated.Results Through 30 months observation, the concentration of fecal coliform and death rate of lumbricoid eggs accorded with the requirement of hygienic standard. The epidemic situation of intestinal communicable diseases had not happened. Conclusion The occurrence of water-borne diseases will be controlled through strict performance of hygienic guideline. Based on experience of hygienic cleaning in the second period, hygienic cleaning guideline would be revised and perfected.
