全球化背景下中国民营企业可持续发展问题研究

How to Realize the Sustainable Development of Private Enterprises under a Global Circumstance

近年来,我国民营经济有了长足的发展,民营企业的发展对于拉动经济增长、缓解就业压力、稳定社会秩序起到了重要作用。问题在于,很多民营企业在自身发展的过程中,逐渐显露出许多的“先天不足”,很难做长做大,而在当前经济全球化、国际竞争日益激烈的大背景下,民营企业更是难以与国外大公司抗衡,因此,民营企业只有审时度势,不断调整发展战略,不断调整产业结构,加大制度改革和科技进步,才能实现可持续发展。

In recent years, there has been significant improvement of our private enterprises, the development of private enterprises play a great importance of pulling economic increase, relieving employment pressure and stabling social order. But the problem is that many congenital defects appear in the process of private enterprises＇ self-development. This situation restricts these enterprises to be big and longstanding ones. Under present serious circumstance of economic globalization and increasing competitive international competition, private enterprises are very hard to compete with foreign big companies. Therefore, private enterprises should assess the situation, constantly adjust development strategy and industrial structure, increase system reform and technology improvement, so that can realize the sustainable development. In this thesis, a series of problems in the development process of our private enterprises are analyzed firstly, then discussed the opportunities and challenges faced by private enterprises under the economic globalization circumstance, and bring forward measures and suggestions to boost more development of private enterprises.
