摘要
为获得精确的罗可夫斯基线圈的响应时间和灵敏度,研制了标定罗可夫斯基线圈的盘式TEM小室。在给出了该标定装置的设计方法后利用Pspice软件和方波脉冲发生器对装置进行了模拟分析和实验验证。结果表明该标定装置对快前沿(〈2ns)的方波脉冲不产生畸变,可标定直径1~50cm的罗氏线圈。
Rogowski coils are commonly used for current measurement in pulse power experiments. In order to obtain the precise response time and sensitivity of rogowski coils, a discal TEM cell for calibrating rogowski coils is researched and manufactured. The paper gives the detailed design of the TEM cell and simulation analysis carried out by using Pspice circuit simulation software. The TEM cell uses coaxial structure including outer conductor and inner conductor. The outer conductor of the TEM cell is made up of two metal disks which are pressed together tightly , the inner conductor is a solid cylinder. At first, in order to match with the impedance of standard coaxial cable, the dimension of the TEM cell is designed to ensure its impedance of 5012. After experiments carried out on this device with a rectangular pulse generator with fast rise time (less than 2ns), it is found that the rise time of the rectangular pulse after passing through the TEM cell becomes slow (about 6 ns). After analysis and simulation by using Pspice circuit simulation software, it is believed that this is because of too much capacitance (about 69 pF) between the inner surface of the outer conductor and the inner conductor. In order to decrease this capacitance, the dimension of inner conductor is decreased to 1cm. Experiments on the device indicate that the device does not make any aberration for fast rise time pulses, rogowski coils with diameter of 1~50cm can be calibrated by this device.
