摘要
整合蛋白的激活是通过细胞内信号来调控的,通过对整合蛋白胞质结构域的作用,诱导整合蛋白胞外结构域构象产生变化,从而导致整合蛋白对配体亲和力的增加。近来的研究结果表明talin与整合蛋白β尾部的结合是整合蛋白激活通路中最重要的环节。
Integrin activation is controlled by intracellular signals. Through their action on integrin cytoplasmic domains, intracellular signals induced conformational changes in integrin extracellular domains which resulted in increased affinity for the ligand. Recent results indicated that the binding of talin, a major actin - binding protein, to integrin β tails representod a final common step in integrin activation pathways. The role of talin in integrin a ctivation was summarized. Talin playing a critical role in integrin activation.
