安氏Ⅱ~1类错成年与青少年拔牙矫治后软硬组织变化的相关性研究 被引量:3

A correlation study on changes of soft and hard tissues in adult and adolescent with Angle ClassⅡ~1 Malocclusion following tooth extraction

摘要 目的:探讨安氏Ⅱ1成人与青少年拔牙矫治后软硬组织变化之间的相关性。方法:选取安氏Ⅱ1经拔除4个第一前磨牙进行固定矫治的女性患者72例(成人35例、青少年37例)。矫治前后拍摄X线头颅侧位片,进行头影测量,并采用SPSS12.0统计软件进行统计分析。结果:青少年软组织面型指标变化量与相应的颌骨指标间表现出明显的相关性。成人组软组织唇型指标变化量与上切牙的内收量呈明显的相关性(P<0.01),无骨性相关;而青少年组不仅与牙性指标有一定的相关性,而且与下颌骨的前移有明显的相关性(P<0.05);同时两组软组织指标间亦有明显相关性。结论:矫治后两组软硬组织变化间及软组织变化间均表现出明显的相关性,但两组间相关性的大小有统计学差异;软组织的改变不仅与牙颌变化明显相关,而且受其自身形态、功能、内部结构及生长发育的影响。 Objective: To explore the correlation on changes of soft and hard tissues in adult and adolescent with Angle Class Ⅱ^1 malocclusion following extraction. Methods: The first premolar was extracted in a sample of 72 Class Ⅱ^1 cases (35 adults and 37 adolescents). Cephalograms were measured, and the results were analyzed by SPSS12.0 software. Results: Excluding significant correlation between the variable changes of soft facial style and of the corresponding maxilla in adolescent, and there were obvious correlation between variables of the soft lip style and of the corresponding bard (mainly dental) tissues, whereas the correlations were different between the soft tissues in the two groups. Conclusion: There are significant correlations between the soft and hard, soft and soft tissue variables changes, which are very different between the two groups.
