摘要
本文指出,装备保障标准化工程创新人才结构应适时调整,讨论了改进装备保障标准化工程创新型人才成长的制度环境以及其主体要求。
The actuality and adjustment opportunity for equipments support standardization innovative workers are discussed in this paper. The progress of system environment, the requirement for troop＇s equipment standardization engineers are analysed in this article.
