摘要
目的合成四氮杂环蕃CP44并对二茂铁或氮杂环化合物进行分子识别,研究其红外吸收光谱。方法用高度稀释法合成了1,6,16,21-四氮杂[6.1.6.1]对环蕃CP44,在酸性条件下与具有生物活性的咪唑类或二茂铁氮进行反应,IR和MS对包结物的结构进行测定。结果得到7个主-客体包结物。结论由IR中N-H伸缩频率可以研究四氮杂环蕃与含氮杂环的分子识别行为。
Aim To synthesize the 1,6,16,21-tetraaza[6.1.6.1 ] paracyclophanes (CP44) according to the literature method. Methods 1,6,20,25-tetraaza[ 6.1.6.1 ] paracyclo-phane (CP44) was synthesized under a high dilution condition, the molecular recognitions between the CP44 and seven nitrogen heterocyclic compounds were investigated. Results Seven kinds of host-guest complexes were got. The structures compounds were measurese by MS and IR. Conclusion NH vibration absorptions of host-guest complexes and the nitrogen heterocyclic compounds were discussed.
