摘要
基于在浓盐酸介质中Pb^2+所形成PbCl4^+-在紫外光的照射下发射蓝色荧光的原理,建立荧光法测土壤中微量Pb含量的方法。该方法的线性范围为0.03~2.00μg/mL,检出限为9.1×10^-3μg/mL,用于土壤样品中微量Pb的测定,加标回收率96.1%~103.3%。结果满意。
Pb^2+ in concentrated HC1 solution formed PbCl4^2- and showed fluorescence after being excited by UV. Based on this , a fluorimetric method for determination of trace lead in soil samples was established. The line range for the determination of lead is 0.03-2.00μg/mL,with the determination limit of 9.1 × 10^-3μg/mL. The method was applied to determine micro lead in soil samples, the recovery is 96.1% - 103.3 %
