摘要
目的:探讨手术室环境中干备无菌持物钳及其盛器合适的更换时间。方法:选择5个手术间的5个干备无菌持物钳。结果:打开后未使用前做为对照组和使用后4h、8h无细菌生长,12h和24h阳性样本数分别为17(28.33%)和50(83.33%)。结论:手术室环境中干备无菌持物钳及其盛器的更新时间以8h为宜。
Objective To discuss the time to change dry asepsis frame and vessel. Mcdaod 5 dry asepsis frames were chosen in different time. We use broth germi-culture to test positive bacteria. Results There is no bacterial growth at 4 hour and 8 hours on bacteria ,while 12 hours and 24 hours positive specimen number is 17 (28.33%). Conclusion The proper time to change dry asepsis frame and vessel is 8 hours.
