临床护士糖尿病知识掌握程度的调查分析

Analyses for investigation about the clinical nurses' knowledge degree about the diabetes

目的:了解临床护士对糖尿病知识的掌握程度,并对存在问题找出对策。方法:抽取世界健康基金会中国糖尿病教育项目组提供的表格式问卷之一“糖尿病知识问卷四”共30题,对163名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果:良好32分,占20%;一般108份,占66%;差23份,占14%。结论:临床护士对糖尿病饮食、运动方面知识掌握好,而对糖尿病并发症、药物治疗及血糖监测的认知程度差。

Objective To comprehend the climcal nurses＇ knowledge degree of diabetes ,and find out the methods of solving the problems. Method The way is to choose one form of the asking papers that the World Healthy Fund China diabetes education project offered , ＇paper 4 of diabetes knowledge＇ in which there are 30 topics ,and 163 clinical nurses have been asked for the questions. Results 20 percent is in a good state,66 percent is just so so,14 percent is in bad state. Conclusion The clinical nurses haven＇t mastered all the knowledge of the diabetes well,they only know one aspect of it . They are good at the knowledge about putting a diabetes on a diet and sports ,but don＇t do well in the knowledge about diabetes complication,medical treatment and blood sugar examination. It＇s necessary for them to improve themselves.
