摘要
民营企业在产业升级过程中受到人才的制约,表现为企业家团队战略能力不足、中低层管理人员管理观念与方法落后、研发人员不足、高素质技术工人严重匮乏且不稳定。当前,民营企业对人才的迫切需求给地方高职教育带来发展契机:高职院校应鼓励专业教师开发技术项目,主动为企业提供科技服务;开展管理知识和技能培训,为企业培养高素质的企业家和专业化的中低层管理者。
Nongovernmental corporation is restricted by talents in industry upgrading process: the team of entrepreneur lack of strategic ability, the administration idea and method of managers at middle or low level drop behind, there is a lack of R&D personnel, high quality skilled workers are seriously insufficient and not stable. Currently, the exigent demand of talents from nongovernmental corporations bring developing chance for local higher vocational education: higher vocational school should encourage specialty teachers exploiting technical items to provide scientifical and technical service for corporation initiatively, developing training of administration knowledge and skills to cultivate high quality entrepreneur and specialized middle and low level managers for nongovernmental corporations.
