民办高职教育投资的博弈分析

Gaming Analysis on Investment on Non-govermental Higher Vocational Education

我国民办教育投资市场尚不规范，投资者更倾向于投资“低质高职”而非“优质高职”。鉴于民办高职投资的自筹性、非营利性、高额性和连续性、收益滞后性等特点，尝试采用有限理性博弈模型进行构建与分析，建议增加民办高职投资者投资“低质高职”的风险，提高民办高职投资者投资“优质高职”的得益，建立产、学、研、官、银良性合作机制，促进投资者向“优质高职”投资。

The investment market of non-govermental education hasn＇t been regulated until now,and investors prefer investing on higher vocational education of ＂low quality＂to＂high quality＂.Whereas the self- finance,non-profit,high-quantum, lagging income characteristics of non-govermental higher vocational education,the finite reason gaming model is adopted to try to construct and analyze, and the suggestions are： increasing investors＂ venture of investing on ＂low quality＂edueation,enhaneing investors＂ gain of investing on＂high quality＂ education and establishing effective cooperated mechanism of industry,school,research institute,goverment,bank to promote investors turning the investment direction on＂high quality＂edueation.
