合成回路弛放气含有微量的水,容易附着在冷箱管壁上形成冰层,随着运行时间的增长逐渐增厚, 致使冷箱无法持续运行,必须进行化冰解冻。本文就解冻方法的改进及利弊进行探讨。
Purge gas in the synthesis loop contains trace water, which adheres easily to the cold box tube wall and forms into an ice layer. It will get thicker and thicker as nmning time goes on so that the cold box might not nm continuously, and have to be melted. The article discusses the unfreezing method improvement and its advantages and disadvantages.
