As if the vernal breezes had returned overnight, creative industries has become the mainstay in China's economic development in the new century. Early before the creative economy made a good start in China, in the United States, from Silicon Valley to Wall Street, it had already become fashionable to say that "the decade when capital and technology dominated has passed, and the creative decade has arrived."
