论马克思的正义观及其对构建和谐社会的意义

The Significance in Constructing a Harmonious Society by Marx's View of Justice

从理论上看,尽管马克思没有专门集中论述正义,但是,他并不忽视社会正义。马克思对正义的寻求就是对资本主义的非人道的批判,其本身就具有积极的正义性。在此基础上,从社会生产方式出发,将未来的正义社会论证为“每个人的自由发展是一切人发展的条件”即共产主义社会,并将自由、平等纳入到增进社会整体利益的目标之中。当前,马克思的正义理论对我们构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。

Theoretically Marx hadn＇t not specially dwelt upon the justice, but he certainly had not neglect the social justice. What Marx seeks was just to criticize capitalism＇s non- humanity, which itself had the positive sense. On this basis, from the aspect of the social means of production, Marx had verified the justice of the future society to be： ＂each person＇s developing freely is the condition which all people develop＂. Namely Marx deemed it to be the communism society, and he also enrolled the freedom, the equality in the goal to promote the overall social benefit. At present, Marx＇s theory on justice plays an important and practical role in our efforts to build a harmonious socialist society.
