论当代法治建设中的人文关怀

On the Humanistic Concern in Building the Rule of Law in Present China

我国近年来的法治建设取得了巨大的成就,但也存在不少问题,很重要的一点就是缺少对人的关怀和重视。根据我国当前的国情,加强当代法治建设的人文关怀,需要构建彰显人文精神的法律体系,培养以人为本的法律精神以及在司法实践中加强人文关怀。

In recent years, China has got great achievements in building the rule of law, but there are still some problems, the most important of which is the lack of showing concern for people. According to our national situations, we should need to establish a system of laws with humanistic spirits and cultivate the spirits of laws of putting people first so as to enhance the humanistic concern in building the rule of law in present China.
