摘要
上世纪80年代以来,山洪灾害频繁发生,经济损失不断上升。分析表明黑龙江省山洪发生时空分布特征基本同全省暴雨分布相一致,山洪暴发前3 h2、4 h及前10 d降雨量为有效关键时段,山区地理环境对山洪暴发影响关系很大,并依此建立了山洪暴发的概念模型。
Since the 1980s flash floods have been occurring frequently and economic losses have been.increasing constantly. Analysis indicated that space-time distribution of the flash floods is basically same with rainstorm distribution in Heilongjiang Province. Three hours and twenty-four hours before flash flood occurrence are the effective key period and the ten-day rainfall before flash flood occurrence, geographic environment in mountainous areas have great impacts on flash flood occurrence. In the basis of the analysis a conceptive model for flash flood occurrence is established.
