摘要
从水环境的内涵和特征出发,采用从定性到定量的研究思路,分析了水利工程建设所引起水量增加、水质改善、环境变迁和工程施工等直接或间接对相关水域水环境产生的正、负双重影响因子,并提出了一种基于影响因子子效益分解聚合的统计量化模型,对广东省剑潭水利水电工程进行了实例分析。
The paper first analyses the connotations and characters of water environmental benefit referred to literatures in order to establish a relevant approach. The positive and negative effect factors of correlative surface raised by the water increase, water quality improving, environment variance and project construction either directly or indirectly are extracted for computation. Furthermore, a quantitative model based on linear statistics of each effect factor is proposed. Eventually, we apply the model to the instance of the Jiantan water project in China and some reasonable results have been drawn.
