摘要
针对第二松花江松原市江段水质状况,分析了2004年松原市污染物排放情况,指出主要污染物为COD,NH3-N,BOD5,高锰酸盐指数,石油类,挥发酚等。根据各江段各水域功能区水质管理目标,由设计流量及有关阐述计算出水体纳污能力,提出了第二松花江松原市江段COD,NH3-N总量控制方案,为水资源保护与管理提供决策依据。
Aiming at the water quality of the second - Songhua River round Songyuan City, analyzes the pollut discharge situation in 2004, points out that the main contamination is COD, NH3 - N, BOD5, petroleum and permanganate index etc. Based on the water quality management target in this river segment, calculates the accommodate capacity of receiving pollutants according to the devising flux, then proposes the second - Songhua River round Songyuan City COD, NH3 - N the whole control scheme, so provides some basis for water resource protection and management.
