摘要
由于工业CT能够真实记录工件内部缺陷的形状、尺寸及其物理方面的大量信息。而广泛应用于工业检测领域。X射线辐射场的均匀性对图像的质量产生重要影响。利用C语言编制计算机程序,其中的参数取自工业CT的技术参数,以探讨靶角、管电压、距离和过滤材料如何影响反射式X射线管辐射场的均匀性。
Because ICT can truly tell us much information about the shape or size of the internal blemish and its physics, it is widely applied to industry inspection. The homogeneity of the X-ray irradiation field has an important influence on the photo quality. So it is necessary to probe into the offeet of the target angle, the tube-voltage, the distance and fihermaterial upon the homogeneity of the X-ray irradiation field.
