摘要
本研究对持续参加一学期有氧健身操锻炼的部分女大学生锻炼前后体脂成分指标和心肺机能指标进行测试,结果显示:长期参加有氧健身操锻炼可消除体内多余脂肪、降低体脂,使女大学生体型更加健美和谐;同时有效地改善心肺功能,提高女大学生的有氧耐力,对预防心血管疾病具有重要作用。
This study is about the test of the amonut of body fat and cardiopulmonery function of some female undergraduates who have continuously practised aerobic exercise for one tenn. By comparing the indexes tested before and after the exercise, the authers have found that continual aerobic exercise can reduce their superfluous body fat,give them. a better body shape, improve their cardiopuhaonary function, enhance their aerobic ability and play an important role in preventing cardiovascular system diseases.
