显微外科技术在舌癌手术缺损修复与再造中的应用

Application of microsurgery technique in the defect restoring and reconstruction after tongue carcinoma operation

目的:探讨前臂皮瓣显微外科游离移植在舌癌根治术后舌再造中的应用。方法:对10例舌癌根治术后舌缺损患者,应用吻合桡动脉、头静脉的游离前臂皮瓣移植修复舌组织缺损,完成舌再造手术。结果:10例中成功9例,皮瓣坏死失败1例,成功率90％。再造舌组织形态、功能满意。结论:前臂皮瓣游离移植舌再造修复术对舌组织缺损的修复和功能重建效果较好,患者的生存质量得到提高。

Objective： To study the reconstruction of tongue defect with surgical free forearm flap microanastomosis after the surgical radical excision of tongue carcinoma. Methods： Ten patients with tongue carcinoma underwent the surgical radical excision and reconstruction of tongue using the free forearm flap which was anastomosed radial artery and cephalic vein. Result： The reconstruction was successful in 9 patients and flap necrosis happened in 1 patient. The survival rate of the transfered flap was 90%. The shape and function of the reconstructed tongue were satisfying. Conclusion： A good result can be obtained in the restoring of tongue defect and functional reconstruction using a free forearm flap transplantation and the patient living quality is improved.
