摘要
通过实验确定了水煎煮法和乙醇提取法对决明子有效成分提取率的影响。实验结果表明:15倍量70%乙醇50℃提取4 h,经3次提取蒽醌得率为0.061%。通过TLC法检测决明子有效成分,发现展开剂为V(氯仿)∶V(甲醇)∶V(水)=5∶3∶1提取效果较好。
The effect of extraction by water and ethanol on the yield of active ingredients in Semen Cassiaen was studied. The powder of Semen Cassiaen was steeped 3 times with 10 folds 70% of the ethanol for 4 h at 50℃, and the yield of anthraquinones was 0. 061%. A better developing solvent testing active ingredients of Semen Cassiaen in TLC was V（Chloroform） ; V（methanol） ： V（water） = 5：3：1.
