硕苞蔷薇漆黄素对高铁引起大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用

摘要 目的研究从硕苞蔷薇叶醇提取物中分离得到的漆黄素对高铁引起的大鼠心肌损伤的保护作用。方法采用L angendorff灌流心脏为实验模型,研究羟基喹啉铁复合物(F e-HQ)对心肌的损伤作用,以及漆黄素对心肌损伤的保护作用。结果漆黄素可以抑制由高铁引起的离体大鼠心脏左室收缩压(LV SP)、左室舒张末期压(LVEDP)的升高和冠脉流量(CBF)、心率(HR)的下降;漆黄素使冠脉流出液中乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸激酶(CK)释放量和心肌中的M DA水平降低。结论漆黄素对铁超载引起的大鼠心肌损伤有保护作用。
