摘要
本文对公用付费电话的发展及ＩＣ卡付费方式的先进性作了简要分析用述了ＩＣ卡及其技术特点、ＩＣ卡公用付费电话系统的话机系统及管理系统的结构和功能。最后介绍了ＩＣ卡及ＩＣ卡付费电话系统的发展现状及前景。
This paper briefly analyses the development of public psyphone and the superiority of IC card payphone, briefly explains the IC card and it's technical characteristics ,the structure and functions of IC card payphone set and management system of IC card public payphone system,and finally describes the present status and future trends of IC card and IC card payphone system home and abroad.
