The Research on Separating and Purifying Bittern by Means of Gore Film

戈尔膜过滤是美国戈尔公司成熟的膜分离先进技术.已成功应用于众多工业领域,但在中国制盐业尚未见报道.用戈尔膜分离净化卤水,生产高纯度工业盐.在中试期间,进行了卤水预处理与过滤后的质量、膜结垢的清洗等技术研究,研制出高效酸难溶垢清洗剂,以化学清洗法清除粘膜的硫酸钡垢.同时,解决了分离净化产生的三废处理问题.

Gore film filtration is a mature fdm separating technology of Gore Company of American. It has been widely and successfully used in many industrial fields, but it is the first time that this technology is applied in salt industry of China. Our research separates and purifies the salt by means of Gore film and at the same time highly purified salt is produced. Before applying into practice, the research has been performed for the bittern pretreatment, the quality of bittern by filtration, and the technology of cleaning the film deposit. We also do some research on highly effective cleanser to clean BaSO4 deposit of the film. We could also handle the problem of some wastes produced during the separating and purifying.
