银杏叶提取物对大鼠急性胰腺炎保护作用的机制探讨 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨银杏叶提取物(EGb)对大鼠急性胰腺炎的保护作用及机制。方法SD大鼠48只,随机分为对照组、胰腺炎组和治疗组,每组再分为4,8 h亚组。对照组仅行开关手术,胰腺炎组以牛磺胆酸钠制模,治疗组以EGb干预,光镜观察胰腺组织病理改变,免疫组化法测胰腺组织肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、干扰素(IL-1β)。结果治疗组病理变化较胰腺炎组明显减轻,TNF-,αIL-1β含量显著低于胰腺炎组(P<0.01)。结论EGb可能通过抑制TNF-,αIL-1β的产生减轻胰腺炎症。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of the extract of ginkgo biloba (EGb) on the acute pancreatitis in rats and its possible mechanism. Methods Forty-eight SD rats were divided into three groups at random, i.e. control group, panereatitis group and EGb group. The pathologic changes of pancreatic tissue were observed by optic microscope. The expressions of tumol necrosis factor (TNF)-α and interleukin (IL)-1β in pancreatic tissue were determined. Results Histomorphological change of pancreas in the EGb group was much slighter than that in the pancreatitis group. The expressions of TNF-α and IL-1β were significantly lower in the EGb group than those in the pancreatitis group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion EGb has a protective effect against acute ancreatitis in rats.
