针刺配合点穴治疗肩周炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Pinprick plus Point Press in Treatment of Periarthritis Humeroscapularis

目的观察针刺配合点穴治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法将201例患者分为针刺加点穴治疗组125例,单纯针刺对照组76例,对这两种治疗方法进行疗效对比。结果治疗组有效率99.2%,对照组为97.3%,两组间无显著差异(χ2=3.143,P>0.05),但治疗组的临床治愈率为83.2%,对照组为73.7%,两组之间有显著性意义(χ2=4.976,P<0.05)。结论针刺配合点穴治疗肩周炎具有快捷而良好的疗效。

Objective To observe the effect of pinprick plus point press in the treatment of periarthritis humeroseapularis. Methods All the 201 patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis were divided into two groups, i.e. group A （ n = 125 ） treated with pinprick plus point press and group B （ n =76） only with pinprick. Their therapeutic effects were compared, Results The formei group showed an efficiency of 99.2%, and the latter one showed an efficiency of 97.3%. There was not obvious difference in efficiency between the two groups （ X^2 =3. 143,P 〉 0.05 ） , but the clinical cure rate was higher in group A （ 83.2% ） than in group B （ 73.7% ） , which showed an obvious difference （X^2 = 4. 976,P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Pinprick plus point press has a quick and good effect on the treatment of periarthritis humeroseapularis.
