摘要
目的总结便携式化疗泵加外周导入中心静脉置管(PICC)持续化疗的护理经验。方法对169例癌症患者采用化疗泵加PICC持续化疗。结果全部病例化疗均顺利完成全程治疗,未出现任何不良反应及并发症。结论便携式化疗泵加PICC持续化疗不仅使药物在体内保持一定的血药浓度,而且为肿瘤病人提供了一条安全、方便的无痛性治疗途径。
Objective To sum up the nursing experiences in continuous chemotherapy via portable chemotherapeutic pump plus peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC）. Methods All the 169 patients with cancer were treated with continuous chemotherapy via portable chemotherapeutic pump plus PICC. Results All the patients achieved success in the therapy throughout the whole course. Conchusion It is safe, painless and convenient for the patients with cancer to be treated with continuous chemotherapy via portable chemotherapeutic pump plus PICC which can maintain stable drug concentration in blood.
