摘要
目的探讨临床烤瓷/抛光工序对4种常用烤瓷合金(3种非贵金属Ni-Cr、Ni-Cr-Ti、Co-Cr合金和1种高贵Au合金)表面元素组成及微观结构的影响机理。方法模拟临床合金铸造及烤瓷/抛光过程,借助场发射扫描电镜(EFSEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS),观察合金表面形貌和元素组成。结果烤瓷/抛光后,4种合金表面元素组成存在波动,表面氧组成增多,差别显著;NiCr合金Cr、Mo、Al减少;CoCr合金Co、V减少,W增加;Au合金Pd增加。非贵金属Ni-Cr、Ni-Cr-Ti合金共晶相、Co-Cr合金富Nb、Mo相形貌有变化趋势。结论临床烤瓷修复体制作过程能够影响合金的表面组分和微观结构,但改变较小。
[Objective] To investigate the effect of firing/repolishing on surface composition and microstructure of four metal-ceramic alloys. [Methods] Simulated the process of firing and repolishing when fabricate porcelain fused to metal (PFM) restoration in clinic, then observed the microstructures of alloys by Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FESEM) and X -ray energy spectrometer. [Results] After firing/repolishing, the surface composition of the four metal-ceramic alloys changed slightly, and more oxygen was on the surface; Elements Cr, Mo, Al decreased in NiCr metal-ceramic alloys; Co, V is decreased and W increased in CoCr alloy; Pd increased in high noble alloy. The microstructure of three predomlnately base metal alloys (Ni-Cr, Ni-Cr-Ti and Co-Cr alloy) had disclosed the change trends. [ Conclusion] The procedure of firing/repolishing when fabricate PFM prosthetics might affect the surface compositions and microstructure in some extent.
