心房扩大与P波离散度

Atrial expansion and P wave dispersion

目的探讨心房扩大与P波离散度的关系。方法测量经超声心动图确诊心房扩大的55例患者和50例健康人的心电图P波最大时限(Pmax)和P波离散度(Pd),以Pmax≧110ms,Pd≧40ms为阳性标准,评估心房扩大与Pd的关系。结果与正常对照组比较,心房扩大组的Pd值明显增大,其差异有非常显著性。两组比较,Pmax无明显差异。Pd值用于诊断心房扩大的阳性率明显高于Pmax。结论心房扩大可导致Pd值增大,Pd值可作为诊断心房扩大的一个有用的观察指标。

[Objective] This paper is to investigate the relationship between atrial expansion and P wave dispersion. [Methods] The electrocardiograms of 55 atrium expansion examples, which had been diagnosed by ultrasonic cardiograph, were compared with the electrocardiograms of 50 healthy examples in terms of the maximum time limit of P wave （Pmax） and P wave dispersion （Pd）. Pmax〉110 ms, Pd〉40 ms were used as the criteria of positivity, so as to estimate the relationship between atrial expansion and Pd. [Result] Pd of the atrium expansion group was found to increase remarkably compared to that of the healthy group, while Pmax had no significant differenee between the two groups. [Conclusion] Pd is more sensitive than Pmax for diagnosis of atrium expansion.
