左半结肠梗阻与损伤一期手术45例治疗体会

Experience on one-stage operation for left colorectal obstruction and injury

目的探讨结肠急性梗阻与损伤一期手术的外科处理和方法。方法回顾性分析该院收治的45例急性左半结肠梗阻和损伤一期手术病例,综合分析和评价其外科处理方法。结果45例患者均接受一期手术治疗,出现并发症7例,死亡2例,其余均痊愈出院。结论对于左半结肠梗阻和损伤病人,只要严格掌握手术指征,一期手术是安全有效的。

[Objective] To explore the methods and treatment for left colorectal obstruction and injury. [Methods] To review the 45 patients with actue left colorectal obstruction and injury who accepted one-stage operation, analyze and value the management of surgery. [Results] All patients were accepted one-stage operation, 7 patients have complications, 2 patients were dead, others were all heal. [Conclusion] On appropriate conditions, the one- stage operation is a safe and effctive method for left colorectal obstruction and injury.
