Analysis between Non-Breakaway Womb Whole-Excision operation via Vagina alongside Adjacent passage and similar operation via Cut-Open passage by incision

目的探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道子宫次全切除术的优点和手术要点。方法对252例非脱垂子宫患者,126例采用经阴道子宫次全切除术治疗,并与同期126例指征相近的经腹子宫次全切除术治疗者进行对比分析。结果经阴道子宫次全切除术组,无术中及术后并发症,手术时间、肛门排气时间、术后下床活动时间及住院时间均小于开腹组,两组差异有显著性。结论非脱垂子宫经阴道子宫次全切除术不开腹、损伤小及恢复快,是一种较好的理想手术方式。

[Objective] An exploration into the advantages and key operation points of the Non-Breakaway Womb Whole-Excision Operation via Vagina along the Adjacent Passage. [Methods] To compare and analyze 126 eases of the non-breakaway womb whole-excision operation via Vagina and adjacent passage with another concurring group of 126 eases bearing similar symptoms undertaken whole-removal operation via incision and adjacent passage. [Results] Each case in the control group of the non-breakaway womb＇s whole-excision operations via Vagina and adjacent passage turns out to all-round success, with no complications. In contrast to the incision group, the operation time is shorter, and the time span for anal gas discharge is significantly shortened. It testifies that patient＇s after-operation activities start sooner, and with shorter treatment time. The difference between the two groups is significant. [ Conclusions ] The non-breakaway womb＇s whole-excision operation via Vagina and adjacent passage proves to be a successful and comparatively ideal operation method.
