摘要 详细讨论了聚酯多元醇类型、聚酯多元醇相对分子质量、w(COOH)、NCO/OH(总体mol/mol)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)含量、中和剂种类及其中和度以及预聚体黏度对水性聚氨酯胶膜耐水性的影响。结果表明:水性聚氨酯胶膜耐水性随着聚酯二醇相对分子质量的增加、NCO/OH的增大而增强;随着羧基含量的增加、TMP用量增加、中和度增大胶膜的耐水性下降。 The effects of the polyester, the molecular weight, COOH%, NCO/OH (total mol/mol), amount of TMP, the neutralization and the degree of neutralization, the end viscosity of pre-polymer on the water-resistance of waterborne polyurethane leather finishing were discussed respectively. The result show that the water-resistance of waterborne polyurethane film is enhanced with advance of the molecular weight of polyester and NCO/OH but reduced with the advance of COOH%, TMP% and the degree of neutralization.
