成见、效果历史、视界融合是伽达默尔的哲学解释学的三大原则。翻译活动中出现的成见的限度、理解不可还原对象、理解不可穷尽对象等问题,可以从哲学解释学的原则与范式中找到解答方法。这样,可以促进翻译活动的动态操作性,并解释传统翻译观中难以解决的种种矛盾。

From the concept of ＂meaning＂ and ＂interpretation＂ as its starting point, the issues concerning the limit of prejudice, interpreting getting no return to the original and no bounds from the original could be tackled by the paper. Through a brief account the three principles of Hans - Geord Gadamer＇s philosophical hermeneutics - prejudice, fusion of horizons and effected history - provide new perspectives with which to reconsider problems in translation interpretation, and assumptions underlying major theoretical models in translation studies. The aim is to promote the application of the notion of ＂hermeneutics＂ in translation, whose dynamic operation will help to explain many of the contradictions in conventional comcepts of translation.
