摘要
目的在国内首次建立等容收缩离体大鼠心脏模型。方法采用雄性Wistar大鼠,游离心脏通过主动脉行逆行灌流左心室放入充满生理盐水的乳胶小球,多导生理记录仪(san—ei362)和压力换能器(GouldP23db)测定血液动力学变化.结果心脏富氧灌流30min(n=6)时,左心室收缩压(LVSP)为9.1±0.3kPa、左心室舒张压(LVEDP)okPa、左心室内压最大上升速率(LVdp/dtmax)162.8±6.8kPa·S-1心率(HR)237.0±4.0beats·min-1。结论等容收缩离体大鼠。C脏模型位测定的心脏血液动力学指标更力。科学与可靠。
The aim of this study was toestablish a isolated heart model of the isovolumetric contraction in rat for the first time in our country .Methods Using male Wistar rats (n= 6),the isolated hearts were perfused retrograde through an aortic cannula and the intraventricular balloon filled with normal saline was used. The cardiac hemodynamics were measured by polygraphy (san-ei 362) and pressure transducer (Gould P23db).Results When isolated rat hearts of isovolumetric contraction were perfused for 30 min , left ventricular systolic pressure (LVSP), left ventricular end-diastolic pressure (LVEDP), and HR were 9. 1± 0.3kPa, 0kPa,162. 8± 6. 8kPa. S-1and 237. 0±4. 0 beats. min-1, respectively.Conclusion The isolated rat heart model of isovolumetric contraction makes the cardiac hemodynamics to be measured much more scientifically and confidently.
