硒酵母和亚硒酸钠对大鼠血小板酶血浆前列腺素水平的影响

摘要 目的探讨补充硒酵母和亚硒酸钠对低硒大鼠血小板谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和血浆血栓素及前列环素的影响,并比较二者作用的差异.方法以克山病病区低硒粮饲料(含硒9ng·g-1)和补硒(硒酵母和亚硒酸钠)饲料(含硒245ng·g-1,240ng·g-1)分别喂养大鼠14wk,测定血浆硒、血小板谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性、血浆血栓素和前列环素,并对结果进行分析.结果补充硒酵母和亚硒酸钠均可以增高低硒大鼠血浆硒水平和血小板谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性,降低血浆血栓素水平,且二者作用程度相似。结论补充硒酵母和亚硒酸钠均可以改善低硒引起的血液循环障碍,预防克山病发病。 The purpose of this study is that investigate the effects of selenium-yeast or sodium selenite on platelet enzyme activity and prostaglandin levels in rats.Methods We fed three groups of rats with Se- deficient grains diet (9ng/ g Se) from a keshan disease area, the same diet supplemented with selenium as selenium- yeast or sodium selenite for 14 weeks respectively, and then investigate the plasma selenium level, platelet glutathione peroxidase activity, plasma TXB2,and PGI2, ln selenium- depleted rats and selenium-repleted ones.Results Selenium supplementation (as selenium-yeast or sodium selenite) can increase the plasma selenium level and platelet GSH-Px activity of Se-deficient rats, and decrease plasma TXB2level of the same group. The effect of selenium in selenium-yeast was similar to that of selenium in sodium selenite.Conclusion Selenium supplementation as selenium-yeast or sodium selenite can prevent the development of Keshan disease by decreasing the blocking of blood circulation in patients of Keshan disease.
