摘要
在知识经济时代,现代图书馆必须引入“以人为本”的管理思想和服务理念。本文主要从图书馆管理机制和服务理念两个方面来对此加以探讨。
In knowledge economy time, people - centered management thought and service belief must be introduced to modem library. The paper analyzes that only people - centered belief can deepen and develop management theory of libraries of colleges and universities from the following two points which are management system and service belief.
