摘要
用高效液相色谱仪和Ｐｉｃｏ－Ｔａｇ氨基酸分析法，对广西百色地区足襞蛞蝓的干燥粉末水解，进行氨基酸组成及其含量的分析，发现该蛞蝓含有组成蛋白质和多肽的全部氨基酸，其中以组氨酸、谷氨酸、脯氨酸含量最为丰富，而甲硫氨酸、甘氨酸的含量较低；另外，其人体必需氨基酸含量也较为丰富，且与每日需要量构成比例基本一致，说明蛞蝓是一种天然的优质氨基酸资源。
In this paper,the amino acid composition and content of Guangxi Baise slug dry powder were analysed by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography. All protein and peptide amino acids were found in this dry powder.Among them the content of histidine、glutamine and proline was very high,and the content of glysine、methionine was very low. The content of essential amino acid of human body was also high in this powder.which matched well with a man's day necessary of it.This result shows that:the slug can be used as a good amino acid natural reSources.
