86例正常人基础状态下胃液中表皮生长因子浓度的放免测定及其意义

The Signifigance and Level of EGF Measured by Radioimmunoassay in Gastric Juice of 86 Normal Human under Basical Condition

对８６例正常人基础状态下胃液中表皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ）浓度进行放免测定，旨在获取我国正常人基础状态下胃液中ＥＧＦ的浓度，得出胃液内ＥＧＦ的生理浓度。结果提示：（１）正常人胃液中ＥＧＦ浓度为０．６２±０．１５ｎｇ／ｍｌ；（２）儿童组：０．６１±０．１２ｎｇ／ｍｌ（ｎ＝２４）、青年组０．６５±０．１４ｎｇ／ｍｌ（ｎ＝２８）、成人组０．５９±０．１３ｎｇ／ｍｌ（ｎ＝３４），三组间比较，差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）；（３）男性０．６１±０．１４ｎｇ／ｍｌ（ｎ＝５２）、女性为０．６２±０．１５ｎｇ（ｎ＝３４），二组比较，差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结果表明正常人ＥＧＦ浓度与年龄、性别关系不大。

The purpose of the present study was designed to obtain physiological level of EGF in gastric juice of normal human. The levels of EGF in gastric juice were measured by radioimmunoassay in 86 normal human under basical condition.The results showed that:(1)The level of EGF in gas tric juice of normal human was 0.62±0.15ng/ml.(2)The level of EGF in gastric juice of normal human in the children,youth and adult was respectively 0.61±0.12ng/ml,0.65±0.14ng/mland 0. 59±0.13ng/ml,and there were not distinctly differences in the levels of EGF among several different age groups(P>0.05).(3)The level of EGF in gastric juice of men and women was respectively 0.61 ± 0.14ng/ml(n=34) and 0. 62 ±0.15ng/ml(n=34),and there were not distinctly differences in sex. The results show that the level of EGF in gastric juice is not relatedto age and sex.
