Significance of Putonghua-dialect Contrastive Study on Putonghua Proficiency Test

通过普通话与方言的对比,尤其是与中介语的对比研究,使用社会语言学、心理语言学、教育测量学、实验语音学和音位学的理论和方法,进行定量分析和实验研究,可以解决普通话水平测试在各省的具体实施中“错误”与“缺陷”的界定问题,也可以对该省普通话水平测试现状进行评估检测,为“语调偏误”的确定提供较明确的理论依据。

Through the contrastive study of putonghua and dialect, especially that of interlanguage, a quantitative analysis and experimental research have been carried out based on the theories of soeiolinguistics, psycholinguisties, educational surveying, experimental phonetics, and phonology, aiming at the defining of ＂mistakes＂ and ＂disfigurement＂ appeared in the actual provincial practice of ＂PSC＂, so as to evaluate the present condition of the test. The research will provide theoretical basis for approaches to tone deviations.
